  FREE EVENT; bring binoculars and birding field guides / phone apps; dress for the weather while we will hike the trails looking for birds. If the weather is intolerable, we'll view the large bird feeding area from the building. One mission of the group is to bring together youth with the same interest in birds.   Stay for the bird banding at 10:00 a.m. with staff from the Missouri River Bird Observatory. See wild birds up close and ask lots of questions.
