Missouri’s Freshwater Invertebrates

Many of us grew up catching “crawdads” in the creek, but do you know what else lives in freshwater besides fish, frogs, and turtles? Dive deep with Missouri Master Naturalist Jim Hinds as he talks about the wide variety of spineless creatures, some of their unique habits and what they can tell us about the health of our aquatic ecosystems in Missouri. We’ll gather at the Burroughs Audubon Library in Fleming Park at 10 a.m.
