Native plants bring birds and pollinators to your yard. Nesting birds rely on the invertebrates native plants host and hummingbirds are drawn to the nectar producing flowers.  In the fall native sparrows and goldfinches will feed off the seed heads. The more native plants in your yard, the more birds your yard can support.  Missouri Wildflowers Nursery supplies Burroughs Audubon with plants for all its sales and are grown from local, eco-type-seed producing plants that are native to Missouri soils and climate.
