  Please join us for a FREE, family friendly event celebrating the 50th anniversary of our partnership with Jackson County Parks + Rec operating the Burroughs Audubon Library & Nature Center (AKA "the Audubon House"). The beloved bird watching site has been enjoyed for decades by Audubon members and the public alike!

  See live birds of prey (11 AM to 1 PM), learn about Missouri's mammals, and talk turtles with the Turtle Ladies. Play fun bird games, take home a craft, explore life in a brush pile, and learn how you can be a friend to birds throughout the year! Call or text 816-795-8177 with any questions.
